Add rate control for calls in a specified time period
We use the email to phone call service to escalate automated monitoring warnings that would normally only come as SMS or email (both of which are easy to not hear). If we have a severe issue, multiple monitors will trigger and often this translates into copious amounts of calls being sent. A great feature would be to only allow a specified number of calls in a set time period so we could get enough calls to ensure escalation but not so many as to provide annoyance.
